She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always prompt with responses, and took the time to answer every question I had. If she didn’t immediately know the answer, she went and found out and followed back up with me quickly. The whole process can be overwhelming during a business transition, and she helped make it much smoother. Shelby handled all of the insurance needs professionally and efficiently. I also want to recognize Chris Woodlee, the head agent, who has built a great team under him that truly provides excellent customer service. I also use State Farm for my personal insurance as well, and it’s reassuring knowing I have a knowledgeable team with great customer service behind me. "Ever since I had this insurance I've had problems. I tried to get a bundle (car and home) that didn't work out right. I tried to get automatic taken out every month (car) and that didn't work 😡 NOW ever time I pay ( what they tell me I owe I paid it ) I still get a letter in the mail saying I owe more. I'm SO Done !! P.S. same thing with my mortgage. When I took it out (over the phone) he told me one price "BUT" sent something HIGHER in the mail ( I could have stayed with what I had 😡) I was SO angry"
